The modular self anti-bridging dosing units allow you to dose all kind of bulk products — continuously or discontinuously — even those considered as difficult.

The interchangeability of the elements that make up these dosers enables them to cover a wide range of large flows and upgradable storage capacities from 50 to 500 litres, according to the requirements.

As a result of a conception that takes into account from the beginning of the process the user requirements, these dosers are simple, modular and reliable. Furthermore, as they are easy to assemble, they are easy to clean when changing products.

These self anti-bridging dosers can be fitted out with a weighing dosing controller. With this element you can obtain a dosing accuracy of ± 0.5%.

These dosing units are specially adapted to products like: flours, cocoa powder, salt, sugar, plaster, kaolin, carbonate, silica.

Operating principle

A spring anti-bridging system driven by a dosing rotor allows the product to come down without stirring it constantly. Depending on the flow of the product it is possible to set the amplitude.

The dosing rotor has been designed so that the doser is constantly full, whatever the product and the load in the hopper. With this system you can obtain perfect flow regularity.
