The wide range of Parimix IMR type continuous mixers, uses the exclusive principle of central injection of dry or liquid products into the mixing chamber.
This principle ensures a perfect control over the point where the products meet and therefore a unique quality of distribution.

Thanks to this principle, the volume of the mixing chamber is very low, whatever the flow.
It results in low power consumption and minimum space requirement of these mixers compared to the standard industrial units.
The materials used for manufacturing these mixers are selected according to the products mixed (abrasive, fragile, corrosive, plugging, etc.).
Parimix features a wide range of robust and compact mixers for flows ranging from 50 kg/h to 30 t/h.


IMR dry/liquid mixing

The ideal solution for lump-free mixing.
This mixer is specially designed to produce high-viscosity doughy or liquid mixtures with a low proportion of powders.
It can be fitted out with dual-casing to heat or cool the product.
A back-pressure system allows the user to set the mixing time.

IMR dry/dry mixing

For mixing dry products with different densities and granulometries.
In particular, the user can distribute products, whatever the proportions, in a continuous flow of dry products (0.05 to 99.95%) and at the same time ensure a perfect mixing homogeneity.

IMRB humidification

This unit provides a continuous distribution of a liquid in low proportions (0.005 to 20%) into a dry product. In this case the liquid is pulverized in the centre of the mixer.

IMRB cooler

For a continuous cooling of a product by injecting nitrogen or CO2. This is the most economical solution thanks to its excellent energy balance.
